PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent bending processability or vacuum forming processability in spite of the decorative sheet using no vinyl chloride resin and friendly to environment, not generating a problem such as the blocking of a printed film or the blistering of an adhesive surface in a manufacturing process and capable of stably manufacturing various decorative members of high quality with good productivity. SOLUTION: A laminated polyester resin film, which is obtained by providing a layer 12 comprising a crystalline polyester resin in an amorphous state on at least the surface forming a pattern layer 2 of a base layer 11 comprising a non-crystalline polyester resin is used as a substrate sheet 1. A transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 may be further provided on the surface of the base layer 11. Since the layer 12 is more excellent in solvent resistance than the base layer 11, the solvent at the time of formation of the pattern layer 2 is hard to remain in the substrate sheet 1 and the blocking of the printed substrate sheet 1 at the time of winding and preservation or the blistering of the laminating surface with the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 can be effectively prevented.
