PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle storage device wherein noodles can be quickly cooled, moisture is not lost, moisture retention is kept, the noodles do not dry and keep long, the noodles can be boiled evenly and can be well preserved, and convenience and safety in using can be improved since folds, rolls and a slide are employed by changing a material from conventional wood to stainless steel or aluminum. SOLUTION: Raising parts (6) are provided diagonally on a bottom (7) of a box (1). The box (1) is equipped with a side face A (2) and a side face B (3). The side face A (2) is folded in a trapezoidal form and equipped with an upper slide (4) on an upper part. A roll A (8) is provided on an upper part of the upper slide. The side face B (3) is folded at the right angle, and equipped with a folder (5) on an upper part or a roll B (9) on the upper part. This box is characterized by the upper slide (4), the roll A (8) and the roll B (9) which are mounted on a trapezoid made of stainless steel or aluminum. |
