PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulation cover for covering an elbow, capable of easily and efficiently heat-insulating the elbow. SOLUTION: This heat-insulation cover 13 for covering the elbow comprises a bent cylindrical body 4 having the bent shape corresponding to the elbow to be covered, and a first cylindrical part 2 and a second cylindrical part 3, where the directions of openings are different from one another, the bent cylindrical body 4 is made out of a synthetic resin foam 6 on which a skin 5 is laminated over the whole outer peripheral face, and is longitudinally cut equally left and right to form left and right divided bent halves 8, 9 openable and closeable at the longitudinal cut part in a state that an outer bent side of the bent cylindrical body 4 remains by a thickness of the skin to form a hinge part 7 on the remaining part. The skin 5 of the right divided bent half 9 is provided with an extended adhesive part 23 expanded like extension and having an adhesive layer coated with separate paper on its back side.
