<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for measuring the quantity of motion which is easily carried, automatically gives alarm to a user when the heart rate of the user is abnormal, provides information on the physical rhythm of the user and information on a time passing after final exercise and calculates calorie consumed during exercise for adjusting exercise intensity. SOLUTION: A box-shaped case 1 which can be fastened at a wrist with a band 2 is provided with a heat rate sensor part 20 for automatically recognizing the heat rate of the user by contacting with the surrounding of a blood vessel at the specific site of the body of the user and converting the heart rate to an electrical signal, a user information input part 30 to be used for inputting user information (a date of birth, a weight, or the like) and a control signal (a setup instruction, or the like), an information display part 40 for displaying the biological rhythm, the hear rate, the calorie consumed during exercise, the exercise interruption degree, or the like, of the user by characters, numerical figures or graphics, a control part 10 and an alarm output part for giving a visual and acoustic alarm at need.</p> |
