PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device capable of preventing theft only by driving an operation panel. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electronic device is provided with a rotatable operation panel 2 is disposed in front of a device casing 1, and a journaling part for rotatably journaling the operation panel 2 and serving as the center of rotation of rotary motion of the operation panel 2. While the operation panel 2 is rotated, the journaling part changes the journaling height of the operation panel 2, and the operation panel 2 is shifted between a first state of exposing the operation surface outside the device and a second state of concealing the front of the device with the back of the operation panel acting as the front.
