PURPOSE: A holder for a wireless mobile terminal is provided to approach the wireless mobile terminal to a monitor side of a portable computer when performing a data communication service and stably receiving the wireless mobile terminal by fixing a receiving case to a certain portion of the portable computer using a fixed plate or an insert key connected to the receiving case. CONSTITUTION: A fixed plate(102) is fixedly installed in a certain portion of a portable computer through an adhesive plate formed at its one side. A receiving case(106) has a receiving space capable of fixedly inserting a wireless mobile terminal. A hinge(104) connects the fixed plate(102) to the receiving case(106) to be capable of folding the fixed plate(102) and the receiving case(106) in one side direction. The receiving case(106) has two plate springs(1062a,1062b) for being formed at both sides of the receiving space and fixedly supporting the wireless mobile terminal inserted into the receiving space so that the wireless mobile terminal is not moved. The receiving case(106) has a connection hole(1064) is formed at a lower portion of the receiving space for inserting a connection cable which connects between an external connection terminal of the wireless mobile terminal and an external connection terminal of the portable computer.
