PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning steering device of a traveling vehicle capable of accurately signaling the switching state of a spin turn mode to a co-operator when an operation mode is switched from a normal turn mode to the spin turn mode. SOLUTION: In this traveling vehicle, with an operation mode selectively switched by the switching operation of a turning pattern switching mechanism between the normal turning mode for turning without reversing either of right and left traveling parts 1R and 1L and the spin turn mode for turning by reversely rotating either or both of the right and left side traveling parts 1R and 1L, the steering operation of a body is performed by the operation of a steering operation lever 2. The turning steering device of the traveling vehicle is formed so as to operate a signaling means 9 for signaling the switching state of the spin turn mode to the co-operator and an operator when the operation mode is switched from the normal turn mode to the spin turn mode.
