PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of an electronic control unit, without being limited to the mounting location in an engine room, can stably cool the electronic control unit(ECU) and has waterproof function. SOLUTION: The housing 10 houses the electronic control unit 14 and arranges it in the engine room, and the housing 10 is provided with a housing body 17, comprising an inner box 13a (12a) and an outer box 13b (12b) for enclosing the inner box 13a (12a) with a gap and an upper cover 11 for closing an upper face of the housing body 17. The electronic control unit 14 is housed in the inner box 13a (12a) and a hermetically sealed space, formed between the inner box 13a (12a), and the outer box 13b (12b), is a liquid storage 16 for thermal insulation. |
