<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procurement management system capable of performing easily a management for procurement of components necessary to execute constructing operations. SOLUTION: For a procurement of a component group necessary for the operations, a database 21 to store basic components and basic amounts corresponding to a minimum construction scale of the operations based on the component configuration table prepared with taking notice that it is possible to classify the procurement of components necessary for construction into a group of components to be surely used, a group of components to be surely used but to be allowed choosing and a group of components of special specifications and a control device 19 to acquire necessary components and amounts responded to a construction scale are equipped, and when the device 19 inputted specifications of the operations, while calculating necessary components and amounts responding to the construction scale, the device 19 subtracts the basic amounts of the basic components stored into the database 21 from the calculated necessary amounts of the necessary components to acquire subtracted amounts of the necessary components, moreover, if there is data on recycled components, subtracts the data to output it in a table format as a unit of common components composed of the basic amounts of the basic components and a unit except of the common components as components necessary to execute the operations.</p> |
