PURPOSE: An inrush current control apparatus is provided to control inrush current through the utilization of auxiliary power and enhancement of relay, while reducing power loss and simplifying configuration of control circuit. CONSTITUTION: An inrush current control apparatus comprises first and second thermistors(TH1,TH2) connected in serial so as to detect the current being supplied; a relay(RE) connected to both ends of first and second thermistors, and which controls generated inrush current; and a diode(D) connected to both ends of the relay and connected, in a reverse direction, to an auxiliary power. Thermal loss is minimized due to the utilization of relay.
