In a network system, by deciding in advance a basic cycle of each station capable of performing medium access, a control station can control the medium access in each station with a simple algorithm. By retransmitting and encrypting an error correction code and an error correction encoding block unit, in a transmission station and a reception station, it is possible to realize a communication having a high reliability and privacy protection with the minimum band. By clock matching by a band control frame, the jitter of an AV source packet generated between the transmission station and the reception station is minimized. Thus, when the AV source is reproduced at any of the stations, it is possible to enjoy the AV source without feeling sense of discomfort.
