In a lubricant supplying apparatus of a reciprocating compressor including a lubricant cylinder fixed to a compressing unit having a lubricant suction passage and vibrating with the compressing unit, a lubricant piston slide-inserted into the lubricant cylinder and sucking/discharging lubricant by generating a pressure change inside the lubricant cylinder in vibration of the compressing unit, a lubricant valve fixed to the compressing unit and having a lubricant suction valve open in a suction process of the lubricant piston and a lubricant discharge valve open in a discharge process of the lubricant piston, and a valve cover covering the lubricant value and fixed to the compressing unit and having a discharge port open/shut by the lubricant suction valve of the lubricant valve, a productivity of a reciprocating compressor is improved by facilitating a process and an assembly of the lubricant valve, and a reliability of the reciprocating compressor is enhanced by stabilizing a movement of the lubricant valve.
