PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance in the data write speed of a flash memory from being lowered by the link write of data distributed on separated spots of a block or erasure of an invalid data block by automatically executing optimizing processing of the flash memory without making a user notice that. SOLUTION: On a portable terminal 1, which is an information processor, the real image of one block is prepared by providing a continuous region by centralizing and linking the real data distributed on the separated spots of the block over a flash ROM 1i, which is the flash memory, on a work area 1d of a RAM 1c at timing of power ON, power OFF or key entry waiting under the control of a CPU 1a, the real image is written on the block in the flash ROM 1i, a block managing table is updated or data in the invalid data block having invalid data in the flash ROM 1i are erased and the block managing table is updated.
