PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing a recording medium, which enables a customer to easily and readily repair the recording medium, even without purchasing the recording medium repairing device itself, when a recording medium repair service trader does not exist in the neighborhood of the customer, or when the customers desires to repair the recording medium at nighttime or early in the morning or when the customers desires to repair the recording medium, as rapidly as possible. SOLUTION: The repair device is installed indoors or outdoors, and the customers bringing the recording medium requiring repair carry out repair work by using this repair device.
