PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the user of a user terminal actively update advertisement information so that the latest advertisement information corresponding to the present position of the user can be outputted to the user terminal. SOLUTION: This advertisement information providing system 1 comprises an advertisement providing server 10 and user terminals 20a-20d. The advertisement information server 10 transmits advertisement information to the user terminal 20a according to the request from the user terminal 20a. The user terminal 20a stores the advertisement information received from the server 10 in a storage medium 17, acquires the advertisement information stored in the storage medium 17 according to the present position of the user terminal 20a, and outputs it on a display part 22 or through a speaker 29. The advertisement providing server 10 calculates an advertisement updating point or advertisement output point according to the frequency of updating of advertisement information or output of advertisement information of the user terminal 20a. |
