PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a coating work applied to a circuit board and a connection portion of the circuit board and a connection terminal so as to prevent moisture. SOLUTION: A parallel portion 8c of an L-shaped connection terminal 8 mounted on a terminal base 9 is extended so as to protruding from the outer edge 13 of the terminal base 9. One side 8a of the connection terminal 8 is folded toward a circuit board 7 and is soldered thereto. The connection portion X of the one side 8a of the connection terminal 8 and the circuit board 7 is in a case 11. When the circuit board 7 is dipped in a tank filled with coating agent C, the connection portion X is dipped therein but the coating agent C is not attached to the outer edge 13 of the terminal base 9.
