PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely stop the fluid to be supplied by the syphon phenomenon with the simple structure without overflowing it. SOLUTION: When supplying the fluid F inside of a fluid container A to a container B through a discharge tube P6 with a manual pump P by utilizing a pressure difference between the both generated by the syphon phenomenon, air at the same volume with the liquid supply quantity is discharged out of the container B through the discharge tube 2, and a surface BL of the fluid F stored inside of the container B rises to a lower end opening part 2a of the discharge tube 2. Thereafter the fluid F flows into the discharge tube 2 from the lower end opening part 2a and the surface BL of the fluid F continuously rises. When the tube-inside fluid surface 2L inside of the discharge tube 2 achieves the same height with the fluid surface AL inside the fluid container A, a pressure difference between them is eliminated, and the supply of the fluid F from the fluid container A to the container B is automatically stopped.
