PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of memories for forming LUT in the case of processing image data corresponding to each of a plurality of laser beams while referring to the LUT. SOLUTION: A PCI board 34 is provided with a second gradation correcting part 24B provided with a plurality of gradation correction tables 40, a first gradation correction part 24A provided with a memory 42A for forming one gradation correction table 42, a second tag information adding part 26B provided with a plurality of pieces of tag information tables 44 and a first tag information adding part 26A provided with a memory 46A for forming one tag information table 46. With update instruction from a main controller 20 based on an identification signal from a color printer 14, a controller 38 copies gradation correction data selected from the table 40 and tag information data selected from the table 44 to the 42A and 46A to prepare the table 42 and the table 46. |
