PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held terminal capable of instructing not to respond to an incoming call to a telephone function during use of a PDA(personal digital assistance) function and improving user convenience. SOLUTION: When a telephone incoming call is received during the PDA function is used, a controlling part 16 for telephone stores the telephone number of a caller included in incoming call information received through a radio circuit part 19, controls a speech communication circuit part 21 to ring a ring tone from a speaker 24 for speakerphone speech communication and also displays the telephone number of the caller together with a message to the effect that the telephone incoming call is received on a displaying part 12 for a PDA function. When information showing that a non-response button 13a is operated is received from a controlling part 11 for a PDA function, the ringing of the ring tone by the speaker 24 for speakerphone speech communication is stopped. Afterwards, when it is decided that the user finishes using the PDA function by the detection of a cover opening/closing detection circuit part 14, calling is automatically made to the stored telephone number.
