PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device of which, a multidirectional switch is operated by the variation of electrostatic capacity, with excellent workability at assembling. SOLUTION: For the input device having an insulation sheet 12 laid between a plurality of circularly arranged fixed contact point parts 20 and a conductive rubber member 13, made to operate a switch by pushing the switch through the conductive rubber member 13 corresponding to the slanting direction of a key system 14 formed at the center of a key pressing plate 15, a dielectric film is coated on one surface of either the fixed contact point parts 20 or the conductive rubber member 13 which are facing each other, in place of the insulation sheet 12.
