PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device for clamping disks. SOLUTION: The clamping device comprises a flexible lock member 11, a hub attached to a rotational spindle and a cap 9. The hub 5 has a recessed part 18 for housing the lock member 11 at the upper portion and a spring housing part at the lower portion. A piston 15 being a central protruding part of the cap 9 penetrates the lock member 11, the hub 5 and a spring and is fixed by the screw 20. The flexible lock member 11 has a finger 23, presses a disk 7 onto the disk mounting surface 20 of the hub 5 and fixes the disk 7.
