The invnetion realtes to a method for anti-crease finishing of textiles containing cellulose by treating said textiles with a finihing agent and drying the treated textiles. The invention is characterized in that the finishing agent contains one or more water-soluble or water-dispersible polymers containing polysiloxane, which are obtained by radical polymerizati on of: (a) 10 to 99 percent by weight (a1) 90 to 100 percent by weight of monomers ethylenically unsaturated once and (a2) 0 to 10 percent by weight monomers ethylenically unsaturated several times, wherein the sum of (a1) an d (a2) equals 100 percent by weight, in the presence of (b) 1 to 90 percent by weight of silicon derivatives containing polyalkylene oxide, wherein the of (a) and (b) equals 100 percent by weight.
