R2 = alkyl The quinoline ring may carry other substituents, but if not and if R2 = Et, R1 is not = Me or Ph; and when R1 and R2 are 1-4C alkyl, the ring does not carry as sole other substituent 1-4C alkoxy in the 6-posn. (B) Veterinary compns. contg. (I), such as concentrates contg. pref. 0.2-2%, or medicated feeding stuffs contg. pref. 0.0001-0.001%. As coccidiostats. Active against Eimeria brunetti, E.tenella and E.necatrix.</p> |
