PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a reactor building and rationalize equipment for reducing construction cost of the reactor building. SOLUTION: The roof of an annex building 16 part in the reactor building 1 is made flash to the upper floor slab 13 of a concrete reactor containment 15. The roof of the annex building 16 of the reactor building is reinforced to the same strength as the upper floor slab 13 and an emergency generator equipment 2 is placed on the roof.
