PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air distributing valve for a pneumatic massage machine for distributing a pressure air from an air generator to a plurality of air bags, permitting the pressure in the air bags to be surely held for a given time during rotation of a rotor and the pressure air in the air bags being in a pressure held condition to be surely and naturally exhausted at stopping the rotation of the rotor. SOLUTION: The air distributing valve comprises a stator having a plurality of communication holes formed in communication with the plurality of air bags and a rotor having a supply passage into which the pressure air is supplied from the air generator and an exhaust passage from which the air is exhausted from the air bags, so formed that the pressure air supplied into the air bags can be held for a given time, the rotor being provided with an auxiliary exhaust passage having one end communicated with the exhaust passage and the other end communicated with the communication hole corresponding to the air bag in which the pressure air is being held.
