PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor decontamination device used for a reactor facility and the like which is capable of cleanly decontaminating a floor contaminated by adhering of radioactive materials with a relatively simple operation, surely washing and decontaminating even a floor with roughness and steps, preventing dispersion of radioactive material due to washing, reducing dose equivalent according to decontamination works, improving hard, dirty and uncomfortable works of decontamination workers and is devised to effectively perform the filtering of discharging air with a HEPA filter in a state with small pressure loss. SOLUTION: The floor decontamination device TS is constituted of a device body TA connecting a flexible suction hose 20 and a water supply hose 21 and a washing machine SA. To the device body TA, a gas/water separation recovery tank 4, a blower 5, a HEPA filter 9', a pump 12 and a gas/water separation recovery device 17 are provided. To the washing machine SA, a washing water sparger 52, a washing brush or a pad 46 rotated with a motor 40, squeegees 47A and 47B are provided.
