PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a thick-film phosphor required in order to increase the sensitivity of an indirect radiation detection assembly cannot be achieved due to an optical loss and a scattering operation. SOLUTION: A sensor substrate 2 on which a plurality of sensor parts used to convert a radiation into an electrical signal are arranged and a TFT substrate 1 by which a storage capacitance used to store a signal detected by each sensor part on the sensor substrate and a stored signal are transferred are connected in each pixel so as to constitute a module. A plurality of modules are tiled on a base 10. A pixel size in the boundary part between mutually adjacent modules is formed to be smaller than a pixel size in parts other than the boundary part.
