PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system to be improved in the precision detecting a view for which projection data could not be correctly collected due to a small discharge and the picture quality of a reconstituted image, to provide its operation console, and its control method. SOLUTION: Scanning to collect projection data which is obtained by casting an X-ray generated from an X-ray tube to an examee is performed, and an X-ray tomographic image is reconstituted by this X-ray CT system. The X-ray CT system has a step (S1) and a step (S7). In the step (S1), scanning conditions including a slice thickness, by which the view of projection data not correctly collected due to the small discharge in the X-ray tube is detected at a favorable precision, are set. In the step (S7), whether the projection data which is collected in an nth view is correct or not, is judged by performing a threshold value judgement by a specified threshold value to a ratio d (n, ref)/d (n-1, ref) between data d (n, ref) based on the output of a specified detection channel ref in the nth view, and data d (n-1, ref) based on the output of the specified detection channel ref in an n-1th view. The threshold value is determined in response to the slice thickness which is set in S1. |
