SUBSTANCE: method is designed for use in local computer networks having workstations one being main workstation and remote workstations among which main workstation allocates separate computing processes of task to be solved; method includes determination of optimal number of data processing operations concurrently executed at workstations. Separate computing processes are allocated among remote workstations at minimal loading as concerns processor time taken to solve tasks on them and optimal number of concurrently executed processes is determined at main workstation according to preset conditions.
