PURPOSE: A method for collecting clients using an advertising note is provided to generate an actual purchase positively by distributing a note including a lottery number for a free gift to students with an advertisement, thereby inducing a member registration to a corresponding homepage. CONSTITUTION: An advertising note including a corresponding drawing number space, an application postal card, and a plurality of commodity advertisements is distributed to students free of charge(S1). The students transmits a lottery number printed on the note using the application postal card through an off-line or using a homepage through an on-line until a corresponding free gift is drawn(S2). Member information of the registered students is classified and arranged and stored in a database server(S3). A free gift is drawn every predetermined term and the result is displayed through the homepage(S4). A purchase action with respect to advertising commodities being printed and displayed through a commodity advertising space of the note and a commodity advertising space of the homepage is performed(S5).
