PURPOSE: A clutch master cylinder for a vehicle is provided to improve sealing reliability and to reduce manufacturing cost by improving the structure of a master cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A clutch master cylinder for a vehicle comprises a cylinder body(10) having a compressive chamber(11), a steel liner having an oil inflow hole(231) and plural coupling grooves(230), sealing members(24) installed in the coupling grooves, a stopper(25) for controlling a stroke of a piston(16) installed in the compressive chamber, a spring seat(22) coupled at the front end of the piston, a return spring(17) for giving elasticity to the piston, a push rod(18) for pushing the piston in the compression direction of the return spring by a clutch pedal pressure, a first cup(26) installed on the outer peripheral surface of the front end of the piston, a second cup(27) installed on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end of the piston, an oil inflow pipe(29) coupled on the central outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body, and an oil outflow pipe(28). Therefore, reverse flow into a reservoir tank in hydraulic forming is surely prevented and oil leakage through the integrated surface between the cylinder body and the steel liner is prevented.
