PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleanliness of a chain conveying type processing device. SOLUTION: When a regist film of a printed circuit board 16 conveyed by a wicket type conveyor 12 is dried or printed in a drying furnace 14 by hot air, one pair of chains 28 of the wicket type conveyor 12 are provided outside the drying furnace 14. End portions of a connecting arm 46 of a wicket 30 are extended to outwardly from the slits 70, 72 placed on the drying furnace 14 to be connected to the chains 28, whereby the cleanliness in the drying furnace 14 is prevented from being degraded by dust such as fine metal powder and oil drops produced at the time when the chains run on the guide rails 32. A HEPA filter 76 is provided on a circulating path for the hot air which is circulated downwardly from the upper portion in the drying furnace 14 to dry and print the regist film of the printed circuit board 16, thereby further improving the cleanliness in the drying furnace 14.
