The invention relates to a filter element for use in biotopes, swimming ponds and the like and is characterized in that it is provided as a prefabricated, flexible unit which can optionally be coupled, and in that it comprises an interior drainage tube (3), a filter material (2) that surrounds the drainage tube, and an outer layer (1) that stabilizes this filter material. The inventive filter element can be prefabricated with a modular design and can thus be easily adapted to different conditions of use. |
