PURPOSE: A T-bar disconnection apparatus for an electric car line is provided to control the disconnection system in an accurate and rapid manner by converting the rotating motion into a reciprocating linear motion through the use of DC motor having a large torque. CONSTITUTION: A T-bar disconnection apparatus comprises a disconnection T-bar unit installed in an emergency discharge gate and disconnected when the emergency discharge gate is lowered; a disconnection pin unit for fixation or escape of the T-bar; a steel wire connected between the disconnection unit and the disconnection pin unit, and which transmits power to the disconnection pin through a rotating motion; a high voltage insulator attached to an electric car line, the disconnection pin unit and a T-bar hanger unit; a jump wire connected between the disconnection T-bard and the electric car line, and which prevents arc during passage of electric car by generating an equal electric potential between the electric car line and the disconnection T-bar; a DC motor and a limit switch unit for rotating wire so as to remove the disconnection pin during lowering of the emergency discharge gate, and stopping the motor through a limit switch upon completion of injection or removal of the disconnection pin; and the T-bar hanger unit arranged at an end of the disconnection T-bar, and which holds the end of the T-bar when the T-bar is disconnected.
