A laminated metal sheet obtained by laminating a polyester film on a metal sheet, wherein the polyester film has a double refraction represented by the following relation, $wherein\; nm\; is\; a\; refractive\; index\; in\; the\; direction\; of\; a\; maximum\; orientation\; of\; the\; film,\; and\; nt\; is\; a\; refractive\; index\; in\; the\; direction\; of\; thickness\; of\; the\; film,\; which\; is\; higher\; on\; the\; side\; of\; the\; front\; surface\; of\; the\; polyester\; film\; than\; on\; the\; side\; of\; the\; metal\; sheet,\; and\; has\; a\; peak\; in\; the\; double\; refraction\; in\; a\; way\; of\; thickness\; from\; the\; side\; of\; the\; front\; surface\; toward\; the\; side\; of\; the\; metal\; sheet.\; A\; seamless\; can\; formed\; from\; such\; a\; laminated\; metal\; sheet\; exhibits\; excellent\; shock\; resistance,\; flavor-retaining\; property,\; corrosion\; resistance\; and\; like\; properties.$
