PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the discharge of dry air from a carry-in port by providing a guide path for efficiently collecting the dry air utilized for a drying part and guiding suction close to the carry-in port for carry-in from a processing part with an upstream side processing liquid. SOLUTION: A drying area 20C and an atmosphere sucking area 20D are completely separated by a partition 100 and a communicating part thereof is made into an opening part 104 formed by a guide board 102 and a longitudinal wall part 20B close to a drying part carry-in port 34. Therefore, such an opening part 104 plays a role as a suction nozzle and the atmosphere near the drying part carry-in port 34 can be preferentially guided to a suction port 82A of a fan 82. Furthermore, a swirl fin 106 for generating an eddy stream is provided in one terminal part in the lengthwise direction of the drying part carry-in port 34 so that the atmosphere is stabilized (circulated) and efficiently led into the opening part 104.
