PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and low-cost piping vibration device of which the vibration control effect to a piping is remarkable, the mounting execution is extremely simple and only a small space is required. SOLUTION: The vibration control device 14, which has a rigid housing 20 provided in a state displacing integrally with a piping 10, a collision mass 28, which is provided inside the housing 20 in the vibration direction of the piping 10 in a floating state and collides with the housing 20 when vibrated, an opening, which is formed between the housing 20 and the collision mass 28 so as to float the collision mass 28 in the vibration direction, and a rubber elastic body 30 formed on the surface of the outer circumference of the collision mass, is mounted to the piping 10 so as to control the vibration of the piping 10.
