PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having improved cooling/heating performance by an efficient cooling/heating control and having excellent white fog prevention performance and defrosting performance on a glass window of the automobile by adopting an inside/outside air two layer separating air flow structure. SOLUTION: A space between an evaporator and a heater core provided within a case main body of an air conditioning case is sectioned into upper/ lower air flow passages by a first partition wall. A rear side of a heater core installation space is sectioned into upper and lower sides, and front/rear air flow passages are sectioned and formed by a guide wall bent and extended upward. A combined door used as also a foot door for adjusting opening of a front foot vent and the rear air flow passage is provided. A rear side vent case formed with a rear foot vent on a rear wall surface of a case main body is further provided. A first relay foot vent for communicating the rear air flow passage with the rear foot vent is further provided. A second relay foot vent for communicating the front/rear foot vents is further provided.
