摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source part adjusting mechanism capable of optical axis matching with high precision without being accompanied by defocusing. SOLUTION: The optical axis matching of a laser diode (1) and a diffraction type optical element (2) provided with reflection surfaces (R1 and R2) composed of an axially asymmetrical free curved surface and a transmission surface (T1) composed of an eccentric axially symmetrical diffraction surface is performed. A light source attaching surface (S0) to which the laser diode (1) is attached and a first guide surface (S1) inclined so as to make mutual normal lines (N0 and N1) form a prescribed angle to the light source attaching surface (S0) are provided. By moving a first holder (3) along the first guide surface (S1) together with the laser diode (1) in aγdirection, the optical axis matching in a Z direction is performed.
