PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional roof capable of uniformly supplying water to a water-cleaning or greening bowl placed on the roof and enabling efficient water-cleaning and greening work. SOLUTION: A number of trays 5 are placed in rows in the direction of the gradient on the roof of a building 1 and a greening base 6 is put into each tray 5. The uppermost part 5b of the tray 5 is fixed to a roofing board 3 with a screw 9. The width of the lowermost part 5a of the tray 5 is narrower than that of the uppermost part 5b, the lowermost part 5a of the tray 5 to be attached later is inserted to the uppermost part 5b of the tray 5 previously attached on the downstream side and the screw 9 is covered with the attached part from above. A water-sprinkling pipe 22 is placed along the ridge to enable uniform supply of water to each row of the tray 5. The greening base 6 has a water-cleaning function and a vegetable-growing function.
