<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recruitment management device for efficiently registering those elected. SOLUTION: This recruitment management device for managing recruitment is provided with an elected person selecting part 120 for extracting applicants who has applied for recruitment, and for selecting elected persons, a registration procedure part 106 for registering those elected who has finished the prescribed procedures for the recruitment as registered persons, an application accepting part 108 for accepting applications for registration from those who has failed in a lottery, a substitute registration procedure part for registering the unsuccessful candidates whose applications for registration are accepted as the registration applicants when the number of the registered persons does not reach the fixed number of recruited persons, and for filling the vacancy of the fixed number of recruited persons, and a notifying part 140 for notifying the registered persons that they are registered. While the registration procedure part 106 registers those elected as the registered persons, the application accepting part 108 accepts the applications for registration.</p> |
