APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY REMOVING COIL BAND

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically removing coil band is provided to prevent safety accidents and facility damage by automatically and smoothly removing band and post-treating the removed band promptly, and improve operating ratio of coil continuous process by smoothly inputting coil into the continuous process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically removing coil band comprises a band cutting part(20) comprising a band guide(30) which is installed so that the band guide(30) is moved longitudinally from the lower part of a skid (S) where a band(10) bound coil (C) is rested on, and which is inserted into the inner side of the band(10), and a cutter(40) having a cutting blade(42) that is vertically movably installed at the lower side of the band guide(30) to cut the band(10); a band clamping part(50) having a clamping means(60) which is installed at the upper part of a rotation arm(52) that is rotationally installed at one side of the band cutting part(20) so that the clamping means(60) clamps the band(10) during cutting of the band; and a band treating part(80) having band transfer rolls and band treating rolls which are installed at upper and lower sides of a frame(82) to transfer and cut a cut band(10'), the frame(82) is installed at one side of the clamping part(50) so that the cut band(10') is injected by the clamping means(60).
