PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting adhesive having anisotropic electric conductivity, enabling the electric connection of microcircuits such as the connection of LCD and TCP or the connection of TCP and PCB, in particular at a low temperature for a short time and having excellent adhesivity, connection reliability, storage stability and repairing performance. SOLUTION: The adhesive having anisotropic electric conductivity is produced by dispersing electric-conductive particles in an adhesive resin composition. The adhesive resin composition is composed of a urethane acrylate resin, an organic peroxide, a phenoxy resin and a phosphoric acid ester.
