PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film having easy peel properties excellent as a packaging material. SOLUTION: The multilayered film consists of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and a sealing layer. The sealing layer comprises both of a cushioning layer composed of a mixture of 50-90 wt.% of an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) and 10-50 wt.% of polypropylene(PP) and a sealant layer comprising polyethylene(PE). The sealant layer has a thickness of 10μm or less and a ratio of the melt flow rate (A) of EMAA of the cushioning layer and the melt flow rate (B) of the sealant layer is 1.5<=B/A<=5.0.
