PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad plate which has excellent surface adsorption suppressibility, and is used for a heat exchanger or the like. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy clad plate is used for a cooling tube at least having a hollow part as a heating medium passage for the flowing of a heating medium, and in which prevention of the adsorption of the chemical seed in the heating medium on the surface at the inside of the cooling tube is required. In the aluminum alloy clad plate, at least one side of the core material consisting of an aluminum alloy is clad with an aluminum alloy sacrificial material, and the zeta potential of the clad surface is <=20 mV.
