PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading ring suppressing a deterioration by stopping a temperature rise of a synthetic resin material by reducing a pressure loss without lowering a kneading function and for a kneading screw extruder. SOLUTION: The kneading ring of a screw for the kneading screw extruder comprises an outer peripheral surface (11) having a width W and bent in a zigzag state in a circumferential direction in one round so that the length of the surface (11) is formed longer than that of a prior art. Thus, its pressure lossΔP is reduced to prevent rises in a specific energy and a resin temperature, and hence the deterioration of the synthetic resin material can be prevented. |
