PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete stitching of a stitching object such as document, papers, drawings or the like with covers easily and simply in a short time work, finely and firmly to withstand storage for a long time. SOLUTION: In a file with adhesive tape, an adhesive tape is adhered to a part inside the file front cover or the like. When the file is stitched, the papers or the like to be stuck are fixed with a stapler first, then, the release sheet of the adhesive tape is released, and the papers are put between a front and a rear covers in place, and adhered by pressure to complete stitching. Alternately, a file can be stitched by holding back the release sheet part to fix it long, and by aligning the papers or the like fixed by the stapler to put them between the front and rear covers, pulling out the release paper while holding the papers, and adhering by pressure.
