PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller leveler capable of stably flatten an H-shaped steel without causing a local high reduction to a web and a flange. SOLUTION: The outer sides 3a of the flange 3 are repeatedly compressed vertically and alternately to be flattened by collar parts 10 of a pair of collared rollers 6. A lubricant is supplied to a contact between flange contacting surfaces 10a of the collar parts 10 and the outer sides 3a of the flange through a supply tube 20.
