PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive information transmission system that can easily and quickly transmit information to a particular customer and is easily constructed. SOLUTION: Data are edited at an information generation site and at the time when the information is generated from a portable telephone or portable terminal device having an Internet connection function from the information generation site to a corresponding particular customer who has a portable telephone or portable terminal device having mail function/Internet connection function and wants to receive information about which a mail address is previously registered by utilizing preprepared model data or the like so that transmission information can be easily and quickly prepared to be publicly released onto a homepage and that mail can be simultaneously transmitted to the particular customer by setting various conditions.
