PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method by which a protective layer for protecting information recording is formed while the warpage generated when a curing resin is cured is suppressed, in an optical disk. SOLUTION: The optical disk 11 is characterized in that a resin substrate 12, a reflection film layer 14 or the reflection film layer and a recording film layer 15 formed on at least one surface of the resin substrate and a two-layer- type covering layer 16 covering the reflection film layer or the reflection film layer and the recording film layer and consisting of an acrylic UV curing resin 18 including a thin layer 17 consisting of an epoxy UV curing resin on the side in contact with the reflection film layer or the reflection film layer and the recording film layer are formed.
